 Deborah Fuhr is an Exchange Traded Funds trailblazer.

 She has been in the ETF world for more than two decades now.

 

Fuhr worked her way up from managing director and head of investment strategy at Morgan Stanley and actually helped launch Morgan Stanley's (MS - Get Report) WEBS, (World Equity Benchmark Shares), back in the 90's, was involved in the launch of the iShares and was head of ETF research and implementation strategy and managing director at BlackRock (BLK - Get Report) /Barclays Global Investors.

 

 She is now the partner and co-founder of ETFGI, an independent research and consulting firm providing services to investors and the ETF industry. 

 

She also is a founder and board member of Women in ETFs, a global not-for-profit organization to help women and men network and inspire each other in the ETF industry. They have grown to more than 4,100 members with worldwide chapters in places like the U.S., Europe, Canada, Hong Kong and South Africa.
