Evolve ETFs to Launch New ETF Focused on Innovative and Disruptive Trends
o Evolve Innovation Index ETF Will Begin Trading on May 2, 2018.
o Evolve Funds Group Inc. ("Evolve ETFs") is pleased to announce that it has filed a final prospectus to launch the Evolve Innovation Index ETF ("EDGE"). Units of EDGE have been conditionally approved for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") to begin trading on May 2, 2018, under the ticker symbol EDGE.
o EDGE seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Solactive Global Innovation Index (the "Index"). EDGE directly or indirectly invests in equity securities of companies located domestically or internationally that are involved in innovative or disruptive trends across a broad range of industries.
