Reference Index change and name change for Deutsche Asset Management instrument

The company announce the change of name of db x-trackers EURO STOXX ® SELECT DIVIDEND 30 UCITS ETF (DR to Xtrackers EURO STOXX QUALITY DIVIDEND UCITS ETF.

Also, the company announced the change of the underlying index. Currently, the instrument tracks the Euro STOXX ® SELECT DIVIDEND 30 Index, which is designed to reflect the performance of the 30 shares which pay the highest dividends relative to other companies in their Euro-zone home market. Now, the investment objective of the Sub-Fund will be amended in order to reflect the performance of the Euro STOXX ® QUALITY DIVIDEND 50 Index, which is designed to reflect the performance of the 50 high quality, high dividend-paying and low volatility equities selected from the universe of the Euro STOXX ® Index.
