Evolve ETFs completes acquisition of the Sphere ETFs

As previously announced, Evolve Funds has assumed management responsibilities for the Sphere ETFs, as approved by holders of units of the funds at special meetings on December 11, 2017.

The Sphere ETFs include:

  • Sphere FTSE Canada Sustainable Yield Index ETF (TMX: SHC)
  • Sphere FTSE Europe Sustainable Yield Index ETF (TMX: SHE)
  • Sphere FTSE Emerging Markets Sustainable Yield Index ETF (TMX: SHZ)

The Manager intends to change the names in the near future, and will issue a press release and applicable amended offering documents prior to effecting any such change in name.
