Sphere announced merger exchange ratios for the merging funds

Sphere Investment Management announced the following exchange ratio in connection with the mergers of Sphere FTSE Asia Sustainable Yield Index ETF (SHA) and Sphere FTSE US Sustainable Yield Index ETF (SHU) into Sphere FTSE Canada Sustainable Yield Index ETF (SHC), as approved at special meetings of unitholders of the merging funds on December 11, 2017.

Pursuant to the mergers, each holder of SHA will automatically receive 1.015327 units of SHC for each unit of SHA held and each holder of SHU will automatically receive .925575 units of SHC for each unit of SHU held on the effective date of the mergers, being January 11, 2018.
