Redwood Asset Management Announces ETF Exchange Offer for the Redwood Canadian Preferred Share Fund

Redwood Asset Management Inc. is pleased to offer an exchange offering for the ETF units of the Redwood Canadian Preferred Share Fund. Investors have until December 18, 2017 to tender their preferred shares and other acceptable securities in exchange for units of the Fund. The offering will close on December 28, 2017.
