Invesco announced fee cut on two PowerShares ETFs

Invesco announced that management fees on the PowerShares S&P 500 Momentum Portfolio (SPMO) and the PowerShares S&P 500 Enhanced Value Portfolio (SPVU) are being lowered.

Fees changed from 0.25% to 0.13%, effective January 1, 2018.
