American Century Investments licensed Precidian's ActiveShares(SM) methodology for ETFs

Global asset management firm American Century Investments announced it has entered into an agreement with Precidian Investments LLC to license the firm's ActiveSharesSM methodology in support of the potential launch of actively-managed, semi-transparent ETFs.
