Horizons ETFs announces ETF closure

Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. and its affiliate AlphaPro Management Inc. (the "Manager") announced today that they will be terminating the Horizons Managed Multi-Asset Momentum ETF (the "ETF") effective at the close of business on Friday, August 18, 2017 (the "Termination Date").
